Coaching & Wellness
Self-development and empowered embodiment, via a person-centred and trauma-informed method. Circus skills and flow arts become a gentle, playful route into movement, confidence and connection, led by a clown with a psychology degree.
Movement is medicine
In Chow's words: "I believe that movement is medicine, and that experiences of play help to bring out our shared humanity; creating opportunities for authentic connection."
Coaching and wellness sessions put that belief to work. Learning to juggle, balance or flow is the vehicle; the destination is what the practice builds along the way: focus, patience with yourself, and the small repeated experience of getting better at something that once felt impossible.
An invitation, not an instruction
Sessions are person-centred and trauma-informed: the pace and content follow the participant, and everything is an invitation. Available as 1-2-1 sessions, or for groups through workshops, team building and seminars.
